Simple answer the Vox question: "Why should anyone trust Paul Ryan's poverty plan?"

It believe that nobody should trust him or his poverty plan. It is painfully obvious that Ryan is jockeying for a run in 2016, minus Mitt Romney at the top of the ticket ... 

But, across the room, maybe, Mittens is working the circuit to make it look like he has the full support this time (3rd time) to win ...
