Contrary to what Republicans would have us believe, “a robust safety net can exist alongside a vibrant economy.” (And only they can deliver that they sell in every campaign).

This Salon article is a great site with hard data that is not easy to dispute once the facts – data are examined closely – which I have to say in all honesty, GOPers have a hard time grasping.
