And, for Mr. Spicer: No, this action is anything but “routine” that you cite in the Press Briefing... and more so and especially in this case of Russian sanctions.

(CNN) – The Treasury Department said Thursday it will allow for some companies to do limited business with Russia's Federal Security Service, known as the FSB. 

The move is a minor easing of a sanction put in place at the end of the Obama administration that limits business to $5,000 for any calendar year.

SO, MR. TRUMP: What are the new dollar limits, um? ... I suspect none, or whatever Vlad wants. So, just ease off the sanctions slowly not to get too much attention, eh, boys? Thought so. 

Must be classic Trump first step in the Art of the Deal...
