Trump’s in it for the money and for expansion of Trump Empire, Inc., and not for any kind of public service to the nation as pointed out in an excellent and simple article from a compilation of spending records put together by Public Citizen and obtained and published by McClatchy that follows below:

WASHINGTON — Trump’s U.S. businesses have received at least $15.1 million in revenue from political groups and federal agencies since 2015.

Specifically:

That money went to Trump’s airplanes, hotels, golf courses, and even a bottled water company during the presidential campaign and the first 15 months of his presidency.

• Trump’s campaign itself spent the most of that $15 million by far — about 90 percent, or $13.4 million in fact.
• More than $717,000 from the RNC,
• Nearly $595,000 from Trump Victory (a joint fundraising committee set up by the RNC and Trump’s campaign);
• Some $9,000 from the NRSC (National Republican Senate Committee).
• PAC: American First Action, dedicated to electing federal candidates who support Trump’s agenda, spent $33,000.
• PAC: Great America Committee, VP Pence’s group, spent $24,000.
• Incumbent campaigns and PACs supporting Republicans House members Bill Shuster (PA), Jodey Arrington (TX), Tom MacArthur (NJ), and Dana Rohrabacher (CA) also spent money on Trump businesses.

In contrast and by comparison, in 2013 and 2014, political spending at Trump properties was less than $20,000.

My 2 Cents: So, tell me – what is Trump’s single most-important goal while in office: security of the nation; help for needy people; compassion, what really based on his actions and deeds – not his empty words? 

Simple: Enrich himself and his family – not much else. 

Yet his base sticks with him as they wait for him to deliver on broken promises. Their trust in him is quite frankly down the proverbial drain: They are in fact, suckers in this his latest and most-elaborate con ever – as clear as a bell…!!!
