The White House Can't Seem to Abide by
the Laws of the Land
in this Case, or so It Seems
Introductory Note: Key extract from the current law (my emphasis):
“The Presidential
Records Act (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C.
ß2201-2209: “Allows the incumbent President to dispose of records that
no longer have administrative, historical, informational, or evidentiary value,
once the
views of the Archivist of the United States on the proposed disposal have been
obtained in writing.”

My 2 Cents: As noted in the law citation above, did
Mr. Trump get the Archivist’s approval in writing before he went into his “ripping
rage attack on official records and such?” And, is this Congress paying
attention – at all? Apparently the W/H staff has a ton of scotch tape on hand for his “rant and rip ritual?”
How can he who took the oath to preserve, protect, and
defend the laws of the land if he breaks the laws of the land like in this case?
Lock ‘im up – lock ‘im up and throw away the key.
Thanks for stropping by.
