Front of Breitbart's Page
(Duck! What duck???)
You want pure unadulterated insanity - here, help yourself. The introduction to this madness from the article:
"The most harrowing prospect is the Obama Administration’s passivity in the face of attempts to introduce aspects of sharia law into our legal system. Now there is strong and open evidence of the Obama administration collaborating with Islamist activists to ensure the path toward sharia law is accelerated." How's that for preparation for the funny farm? Someone call 9-11. Dispatch a wagon and take them to the Loony Bin - now open for business.

A few of my parting notes on this subject that we have heard from the right's line and scenario since January 20, 2009:
(1) Obama is a Muslim; not an American; (2) Obama is out to destroy America and take away our guns, rights, and freedoms; (3) Obama-care will wreck the nation; we must repeal it; (4) Obama and the DEMS are socialists, or worse, they are implementing anti-American laws and rules; and (5) UN is about to run the country.
Many places on right side of the radio dial are far worse than this.
At the same time, the righties spend hundreds of millions of dollars on elections to put in office those who will “defend us against any more of Obama’s policies that are taking us down the road to Hell.”
Driving that nearly out-of-control-train is the engine of F E A R.
How ironic is it that they warn us and tell about the awful things about Obama and what lies ahead by peddling fear of the worst kind to head him off. Sadly, millions fall for it – why?
F E A R — that is unfounded fear — is the worst kind of enemy of any free society. We are no exception to that. Fear can be helpful in stressful times when a man lifts a car off a victim, or in time of war when soldiers risk their lives to save a buddy. However, unfounded fear about the demise of our system, at the very time the undermining of the very system they say they love and honor is patently pathetic and ironic at the same time.
Now lately, we have seen more threatening letters laced with ricin and open threats of another Civil War if “they come for my guns” – this is utter madness. The question is how to combat it? Only the truth and facts to counter all the wild opinions, mis- and disinformation, and scary tactics will work. No shouting wolf here or fire in the theatre the sky is falling - those things are best left to the righties - they seem to enjoy it. That, too, is worrisome.
