It has been said that the man in the White House is all about character. So, is the public stupid enough to give another arrogant Texas Gov a crack at the White House to see what he is all about?

Through the second quarter of this year, Texas has used $17.4 billion in federal stimulus money — including $8 billion of the one-time dollars to fund state expenses that recur over and over, and Texas used the Federal stimulus money to balance its last two budgets."
Perry has flip-flopped more than, or certainly as much as Mitt Romney — and that's saying a lot.
