The Current Biggie (on top of several other biggies): VP Mike Pence on voter fraud investigation.  In a private meeting with congressional Republicans, Pence vowed that the Trump administration would pursue a wide-ranging probe of voting rolls in the United States to examine whether millions of people voted illegally in the 2016 election as President Trump has charged.

Pence comments were captured in a recording obtained by The Washington Post, and they give the clearest picture yet of how the Trump administration intends to investigate whether three to five million people voted illegally in the 2016 election, an unsupported claim President Trump has made. In the recording, Pence invoked a Pew Research study that Trump has falsely claimed shows widespread voter fraud.

Pence said in part: “What I can tell you is that I would anticipate that the administration is going to initiate a full evaluation of voting rules in the country, the overall integrity of our voting system in the wake of this past election.”

Pence also said: “Just because so many Americans share the concern that you have, I have, the president certainly has about people being registered in multiple states. You can anticipate that we will be looking for ways to work with you, to simply dig into it, to follow the facts, to see where the facts go. That one person, one vote principle is at the very heart of this republic and our democratic institutions, and it must be defended.”

Err, Mr. Pence, et al: You might check your own circle to see who in the Trump swamp is registered to vote in two states … oops as Rick Perry would say, yeah, oops…!!!

Cite: Tiffany Trump, Jared Kushner, Sean Spicer, and Steven Mnuchin also registered to vote in two states (probably many other Americans, too, like college students moving between home and out of state school, or Vets, and others… but that does not mean they voted twice… get a grip all you Trump swamp thingies).
