Now it seems has Putin is stepping up his game plan role to it seems, keeping his side of their plan, coordinated or not, sure is one heluva coincidence isn’t’ it?

My 2 cents: There are many other signs pointing to if not “collusion” in the legal sense, certainly coordination, cooperation, and concurrence.
