Judge Aileen M. Cannon makes no legal sense as she defies and ignores any intelligence advice as illustrated below in the charts and reported on here from Intelligencer with this the story headline:

“Top-Secret Documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago: What We Know”

Based on that story and Judge Eileen Cannon’s ass-kissing Trump stunts to this point, I strongly believe that she needs to be dismissed from any further decisions involving this Mar-a-Lago classified document case.

Her arrogant and poorly reasoned attitude and rulings that are based on numerous and highly respected legal views and opinions shows that she is in way over her head on this critical national security related case.

Her blatant attitude towards the DOJ and their professional advice and opinions vis-à-vis the handling, storage, and possession of such highly-classified documents by Trump that he stashed illegally at Mar-a-Lago and which were uncovered by the FBI in their August 8 raid and follow search and inventory of document that are still missing is simply mind boggling.

The most critical statement from Judge Cannon is on chart #1 below (also seen here in this MSNBC 9-minute video) – the irony and downright stupidity on her part with that statement is not only worrisome but potentially very dangerous since if she believes the documents marked TS/SCI are not really TS/SCI and pose no harm, then perhaps Trump thought that, too when he showed them or gave them away to who knows whom?

That Judge Cannon statement (Chart #1) is straight out of a QAnon type conspiracy statement that is the most-troubling ever made by any Federal judge and has no basis for any rational logic – none whatsoever. She is way, way off base with that conclusion that she uses and that Trump wants (to delay as long as possible by slowing down any further investigation).

Either do that, or just totally stop the DOJ or any intelligence official from continuing their investigation to see the about any leaks in the missing TS/SCI documents that anyone may have seen, photographed, copies, or even taken from Trump’s cache.

My 2 Cents: This is a huge national security concern of the highest order and it touches me deeply since I held a TS/SCI clearance and access for many years while in the Marine Corps, so I take this very seriously since I know the kind of damage will happen if the information falls in the wrong, unauthorized hands.

So, yes, this is a very huge deal and by what I have seen and read on this mess, Trump has to must be charged, prosecuted, and held accountable for his reckless handling and totally incomprehensible attitude about this whole affair and mess that he and he alone (hopefully only he and no one else) has levied on the nation.

Judge Cannon as I stated above made this whole thing more of a mess and what is most insane is her attitude in handling this. 

I don’t know what the outcome will, but it could be very time-consuming and ultimately very dangerous for the nation and individuals possibly mentioned in the missing documents (e.g., the HUMINT side).

Stay tuned – this may take more time than necessary until and unless the DOJ’s appeal to the 11^th Circuit moves quickly and they tear down Judge Cannon’s totally asinine ruling which I hope they will do and quickly. 

In short, we need to know what documents are missing and what the potential damage has been done by any unauthorized release and exposure to people not with a “need to know” clearance.
