Trump Jr. Big Legal Troubles: Fed Crimes Dad Can Pardon; State Laws — No Can Do

Power to all foreign governments & agents that helped Daddy win
(who needs democracy, right)

Latest story is that Donald Trump Jr. met with a Gulf emissary promising foreign help for his father’s campaign, and with an Israeli specialist in social media manipulation before the 2016 presidential election this according to a new report cited here.

President Trump’s eldest son sat down with George Nadera Middle East analyst and adviser to the de facto leader of the United Arab Emirates — and an Israeli political strategist named Joel Zamel, whose company chalked up a plan to manipulate social media users to vote for Trump – additional report from the New York Times.

Nader, a convicted pedophile who grew close to several Trump associates and has visited the White House repeatedly, is a cooperating witness in special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.

During the August meeting with Trump Jr., Nader said the crown princes of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia wanted to help his father win the White House.

Also present was Erik Prince, the founder of the scandal-plagued security firm Blackwater.

Notes: Prince is also Edu Sec Betsy DeVos’ brother, and he was caught in a lie, too as reported on here.

The Trump Tower gathering, just three months prior to the election, was held in the same location as a controversial confab between campaign aides and a Russian attorney with connections to the Kremlin in June of that year.

NOTE: Two people familiar with the meetings told The Times that Trump campaign officials did not appear bothered by the idea of cooperating with foreigners.

My 2 Cents: This is a very, very serious revelation – to be sure. Collusion may not be coded crime per se, but conspiracy in this sense is a crime and Donald Jr., Kushner, and Manafort (and a few others: Page and Cohen may be deeply involved and possibly will get jail time for all is said and done.

We shall see.

Also, related to Jr. and his troubles and woes here and here (older stories but all tied to this story.

Thanks for stopping by.
