Nevada Voter Fraud 2020: Man Asserts on TV HIs "Dead Wife" Voted & GOP Agrees

Donald Kirk Hartle describing 2020 voter fraud
(Case of his deceased wife)

The Brennan Center for Justice and NYU report shows that Voter fraud is very rare – the numbers are here.

But to hear Trump and most Republicans talk about it — well, it runs rampant and always from Democrats, and they went totally wild in 2020 and thus Trump lost to Biden due to massive fraud.

This story from the Nevada Independent tells a version of that Trump “Big Lie” in no uncertain terms with this headline and a big surprise ending:

“Prosecutors: Clark County man touted in Republican election fraud allegations voted his dead wife’s ballot”

The details and background follow of story that deals with a man named Donald Kirk Hartle – the widower who described a 2020 ballot being cast in his dead wife’s name.

Hartle told the TV station, which first reported the lawsuit, that his wife died at age 52 from breast cancer in 2017 and that no ballot ever came to his house, despite a ballot for her being issued and received by the county in 2020. Hartle called it “sickening.”

His claim also was cited by the Nevada Republican Party last November, and again in November in a press conference from Matt Schlapp, the Chairman of the American Conservative Union.

Both named Rosemarie Hartle, the deceased wife, as the example of the “hundreds of dead people who voted.”

The NV Republican Party also cited Hartle’s interview on TV with KLAS Channel 8 in the fraud allegations.

The Result: Nevada prosecutors have now charged a man of that voter fraud, and as “Gomer Pyle” used to say on his TV show: “Surprise, surprise, surprise.”

According to the lawsuit filed in the Las Vegas Justice Court this month, that man is no other than Donald Kirk Hartle himself who voted his deceased wife Rosemarie Hartle’s ballot.

Proof meet Pudding: The 2-count charge sheet.

My 2 Cents: Yes, Mr. Hartle – as you said, this is pretty sickening.

Now, Hartle has been charged with two category “D felonies,” that according to the criminal complaint. Both are punishable by a prison term of up to four years, as well as a fine of up to $5,000.

Oh yeah and BTW: Mr. Donald Kirk Hartle is a lifelong Republican … right now an oops as former Texas GOP Governor Rick Perry said the 2016 GOP presidential debate fits – or hell, even a double oops probably.

F/N: Trump’s silence on this case is deafening.

Thanks for stopping by.
